Seuner Fabricados
The Spanish company Seuner Fabricados, which is part of the CMZ Machinery Group, has installed a new OHRA racking system for the storage of parts for lathes. The mission of this system was to create high storage capacities for differently sized components that could be stored on load carriers designed specifically for the solution, consisting of racks with a height of 8.58 metres.
Gaigher + Penn
Gaigher + Penn, a specialist dealer in building materials for roofs and façades, has replaced the previously used, partly welded sheet metal racks with five 18-metre-long cantilever racks from OHRA. Made of hot-rolled, solid walled steel profiles, the racks offer both more load-bearing capacity and an increase in storage capacity, as well as significantly more safety for the employees. In addition, the integrated roof construction protects the goods from the weather. Adamet
The metal wholesaler Adamet-Niemet replaced the previous storage concept of floor storage and low height racks to storage in cantilever racks from OHRA that are up to 8,570 millimetres high. The load capacity of the cantilever arms is 500 or 600 kilograms, up to 16 storage levels are possible with a rack height of 8,570 millimetres. This not only increased the storage capacity, but also accelerated the storage and retrieval processes and increased the efficiency of production. The flexible, height-adjustable cantilever arms of the OHRA racks also deflect upwards and sideways in the event of impacts. This protects the goods from damage.
