Cantilever Racking for Long and Bulky Metal Stock
For long, bulky, and heavy metal goods — corrugated sheet, steel bar, structural section — cantilever racking is the clear choice. OHRA cantilever racking uses hot-rolled standardised steel with no front-face supports, allowing uninterrupted storage of different product sizes on the same level without obstruction.
Every system is manufactured individually to your specific stock requirements, and can be installed indoors or outdoors with a roof or wall fitted where weather protection is needed. Built to last, with delivery and installation available on request.

OHRA pallet racks include only hot rolled steel racks of profiles, ensuring durability and longevity of storage.

Mobile Racking for Low-Frequency, High-Volume Storage
Large-sized products that are taken off storage rather seldom but still require significant volume – for such items the mobile racking system is definitely worth using since it increases the efficiency of available space usage compared to static storage options.
OHRA mobile racking is placed on the floor-mounted traverse rails with the opening of appropriate aisles controlled by electronic drive system up to 70 meters length. Thanks to this option, it's possible to double the storage capacity inside of the same room.

Automated Storage Systems for Speed and Precision

Ronge Profil
In the new production facilities of Ronge Profil GmbH in Alfeld an der Leine, 300 to 400 tons of sheet metal needed to produce metal façade elements are stocked in cantilever racking from OHRA.
Reifenhäuser Reiloy
Reifenhäuser Reiloy, a specialist for highly wear-resistant barrels and screws for extrusion and injection moulding processes, has integrated the previous external storage of raw materials and finished goods into the plant with a new warehouse. Components weighing up to 8 tonnes and up to 10 metres long are now stored in five heavy-duty cantilever racks from OHRA. Heavy-duty mesh shelves on the cantilever arms allow flexible and material-friendly storage on pallets. This means that production and dispatch now have direct, short-term access to the goods in stock, and the storage and retrieval processes take place 24 hours earlier than before. In addition, Reifenhäuser Reiloy saves the costs for external warehousing.
Mebatex
The Czech company Mebatex, which manufactures rollers for the textile machine industry at its site in Brno, has expanded the capacity of its external space using cantilever racks from OHRA.
